Other than resign, it would have to be all of the below:
1. Appoint a decent manager.
2. Appoint the DoF or whatever role it was that you promised and someone (maybe same person?) to negotiate the deals to stop DS fucking things up. ie Carvalho and Dedoncker. deals and blatant lies about offers being accepted and no time to complete a medical when everyone seems to be stating that medical can be completed AFTER the deadline. Everything about our current transfer dealings from the way the deals are constructed and reported on, to the quality of the actual signings is an embarrassment.
3. KB to either quit West Ham or to quit all other interests to focus solely on her role at West Ham. Ideally the former but she cannot do both.
4. KB, DG & DS (and family members) to cease any mention of WHU on social networking, especially slagging off our own players and transfer news. This should be done through the official website like all other premier league clubs.
5. Stadium - give us fucking something. Look at the broken promises and try and deliver on them. It will take time but pick something and fix it, then move on to the next thing. But stop talking and fucking do something.
I have no faith in more than 1 of these being fulfilled.

However, none of those is as important to me as a full and frank admission of wrongdoing and apology for all the bad things they are responsible for in the last few years, and redemption through actual deeds rather than just words and more empty promises.
